Softball Recap: Rowan County Vikings vs. Wolfe County Wolves

Rowan County can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent match on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Wolfe County Wolves a 9-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Rowan County also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2022.

Trinity Lambert made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. Lambert was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI.
