Rains waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They managed a 50-46 victory over the Lipan Indians. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 74th, while the Indians are ranked 336th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Rains' win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Lipan, they moved to 9-10 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Broaddus will roll in looking for their 13th straight victory, something Rains surely won't give up without a fight.
