Gallatin and Lebanon are an even 3-3 against one another since August of 2019, but not for long. The Green Wave will be playing at home against the Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Gallatin is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Beech on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Green Wave were dealt a 62-29 defeat at the hands of the Buccaneers. The loss continues a trend for the Green Wave in their meetings with the Buccaneers: they've now lost nine in a row.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Malachi Harper, who rushed for 100 yards and one score, and also picked up 33 receiving yards and one touchdown. K'Saun 'KB' Barksdale was another key player, throwing for 286 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 10.6 yards per attempt.

Meanwhile, Lebanon came up short against Green Hill on Friday and fell 22-15. The loss was the Blue Devils' first of the season.

Gallatin's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Lebanon, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1.
