Basketball Recap: Wilson Extends Winning Streak to Eight

Wilson had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Crestwood Knights by a score of 63-55 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

It was another big night for Josh Leonard, who dropped a double-double with 28 points and 11 boards. His evening made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Tristan Thompson, who posted 13 points in addition to six rebounds and four blocks.

Wilson's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 21-8. As for Crestwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-4.

As of now, neither Wilson nor Crestwood have any future games scheduled.
