Basketball Recap: Sheridan Takes a Loss

Sheridan lost against Amity back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sheridan Spartans were dealt a 59-11 loss at the hands of the Amity Warriors. The game marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Sheridan and nudges their season record down to 7-10. As for Amity, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 19-0.

Sheridan will square off against Scio at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Sheridan is facing Scio at the right time seeing as Scio is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Amity, they will host Blanchet Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
