After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Oologah, Pryor was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Tahlequah 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Pryor has posted since March 19th.

Gavin Roberts was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Pryor's victory bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Tahlequah, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.

Pryor will have a chance to go back-to-back against Tahlequah: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
