Evanston came into Friday's game looking for another win against Jackson Hole, but Grant Johnson wouldn't allow it. The Broncs managed a 37-33 win over the Devils on Friday thanks in part to Johnson, who threw for 460 yards and five touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes. Thanks to that big game, he is now up to 13 passing touchdowns on the season.

Despite the loss, Evanston had strong showings from Jackson Williams, who threw for 202 yards and a pair of TDs, and Ayden Tillotson, who picked up 125 receiving yards and one score.

Jackson Hole is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 35.0 points over those games. As for Evanston, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
