Recap: Northern Cambria Colts vs. Conemaugh Township Indians

After a string of three wins, the Northern Cambria Colts's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 57-32 walloping at the hands of Conemaugh Township. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Northern Cambria has scored all season.

Conemaugh Township's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brennan Lohr, who scored 17 points along with six assists and three steals. That's the first time this season that Lohr scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jon Updyke, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and seven assists.

Northern Cambria's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Conemaugh Township, they pushed their record up to 13-2 with that win, which was their 12th straight at home.

Northern Cambria will take on Blacklick Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Conemaugh Township, they will head out on the road to challenge Conemaugh Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Conemaugh Valley's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
