Football Game Recap: St. Edmond vs. Ridge View

If St. Edmond were expecting to get some payback for the 7-16 defeat against Ridge View the last time they met, then they were left disappointed. St. Edmond ended up on the wrong side of a painful 0-26 walloping at Ridge View's hands. The state rankings had actually given St. Edmond a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.

The loss dropped St. Edmond's record to 2-5. Finally capturing their first victory of the season, Ridge View advanced to 1-6.

St. Edmond will be playing at home against Alta/Aurelia at at 7:00 PM next week. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'. As for Ridge View, they will face off against Northwest Webster.
