Volleyball Recap: Saranac Comes Up Short

Saranac lost against Lansing Christian back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Redhawks fell 3-1 to the Pilgrims.

While Saranac had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 14-25, 25-19, 25-21.

Saranac's loss dropped their record down to 3-5-2. As for Lansing Christian, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saranac will host Lakeview at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Lansing Christian, they will square off against Sexton at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
