The Kings Way Christian School Crusaders's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They were beaten by Bible Baptist Christian 70-25. Kings Way Christian School was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-18.
Bible Baptist Christian found their leader in underclassman Michael Greene, who scored 21 points along with three steals. Greene is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for four games straight. Logan Hamilton was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with three steals.
Kings Way Christian School's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Bible Baptist Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kings Way Christian School will challenge Grace Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bible Baptist Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Peoples Baptist Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
