Football Recap: University City's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

University City put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 33-14 win over the Bonita Vista Barons. That's more bragging rights for the Centurions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead University City to victory, but perhaps none more so than Deshaun Hille, who rushed for 182 yards and three scores while picking up 8.3 yards per carry. Those 182 rushing yards gave Hille a new career-high. Quentyn DeMara also helped out as he racked up 138 rushing yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: University City was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 320 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 187 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

University City's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Bonita Vista, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, University City will be playing in front of their home fans against Mission Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bonita Vista, they will head out on the road to challenge El Capitan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
