Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lena-Winslow). They put the hurt on the Orangeville Broncos with a sharp 22-2 victory on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Broncos: they've now won five in a row.

Jaden Schubert made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Schubert was also big at the plate, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Lena-Winslow got a massive performance out of Landon Grindey, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, one run, and one double. Those four RBI gave Grindey a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Cohen Weegens, who went 2-for-3 with four runs and one double.

Lena-Winslow was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .353 or higher in four consecutive games.

Lena-Winslow's victory bumped their record up to 12-3-1. As for Orangeville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.
