Baseball Recap: Pflugerville Comes Up Short

After flying high against Leander last Saturday, Pflugerville came back down to earth. The Panthers fell just short of the Hendrickson Hawks by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Pflugerville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12-1. As for Hendrickson, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-16 record.

While Pflugerville had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
