If Morton Ranch wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Jordan, they should've done a better job of containing EMMY NICHOLAS. The Warriors blew past the Mavericks 3-0 on Friday thanks in part to NICHOLAS, who had 16 digs and three aces. She has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last seven times she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Jordan took every set by at least 15 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-8, 25-10.

Jordan has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-10 record this season. As for Morton Ranch, their loss was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 12-21.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Jordan will take on rival Cinco Ranch at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Morton Ranch is set to challenge their familiar foe Paetow at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
