Soccer Recap: Crandall Takes a Loss

Crandall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to the Corsicana Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in January.

Crandall's goal came courtesy of Amber Valencia, who's now up to seven this season.

Crandall's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Corsicana, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.

Crandall didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 victory against Ennis on the 17th. As for Corsicana, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Terrell on the 17th.
