Keagan Statler's Big Game Leads Highland over Blytheville

Starting off the list is Highland's Keagan Statler, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Statler rushed for 106 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 39 yards and a touchdown.

Statler must have Blytheville's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Statler rushed for 135 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.4 yards per carry the last time he and the Chickasaws duked it out back in October of 2023.

McLaughlin is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 113 every time he's taken the field this season.

Southside's win was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. McLaughlin and Southside will challenge Highland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
