Volleyball Recap: Inchelium Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Inchelium came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Northport Mustangs, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-20, 25-10.

Northport's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kate Beardslee, who had nine kills, five digs, five aces, and one block. Beardslee has been hot for a while, having posted five or more kills the last 12 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylie Colton, who had ten digs, five kills, and four aces.

Inchelium's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Northport, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Inchelium and Northport will both be playing Republic the next time they take the court. The Hornets will head out to face the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Mustangs will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
