Rappahannock is 9-1 against Middlesex since June of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Raiders will head out on the road to square off against the Chargers at 5:00 p.m. Rappahannock will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Middlesex's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Monday: Rappahannock hadn't allowed a single run the last three times they've hit the field. The Raiders blew past Colonial Beach 10-0 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Middlesex unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of King William. The shutout was out of character for the Chargers seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Rappahannock's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Middlesex, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Rappahannock got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in March against Middlesex by a conclusive 11-3 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
