Coronado had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Tascosa Rebels on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for Coronado who now have four in a row.

Cassie Garza, who scored both of Coronado's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 25 so far this season.
Coronado pushed their record up to 21-2-4 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Tascosa, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5-7.
Coronado is on the road again on Friday to play Rider at 12:30 p.m. Rider will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Coronado surely won't give up without a fight. Tascosa does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
