Basketball Recap: Kingston Takes a Loss

Kingston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were dealt a 68-38 defeat at the hands of the Crystal City Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-19 back in December of 2025.

Kingston's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Crystal City, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kingston will host Valle Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Crystal City, they will be playing at home against Hancock at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
