Baseball Recap: Lynn Vo-Tech Comes Up Short

After flying high against Notre Dame Cristo Rey last Wednesday, Lynn Vo-Tech came back down to earth. The Tigers fell 6-1 to the Lynn English Bulldogs on Friday. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Lynn Vo-Tech now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Lynn English, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Lynn Vo-Tech will head out on the road to square off against Keefe Tech at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Broncos have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.2 runs per game on average), something the Tigers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Lynn English, they will host Everett at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
