Softball Recap: Frankfort-Schuyler Comes Up Short

Frankfort-Schuyler managed to slip by Mt. Markham the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Maroon Knights lost 12-3 to the Mustangs on Friday. The Maroon Knights just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Frankfort-Schuyler's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Mt. Markham, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Frankfort-Schuyler will take on rival Clinton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mt. Markham is set to square off against their familiar foe Dolgeville at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
