Volleyball Recap: Nederland Wins Going Away Against William Smith + How To Watch

Nederland won the last time they faced William Smith and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers blew past the Eagles 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Nederland was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-11, 25-13.

River LeMaster paced Nederland's offense, picking up four kills. LeMaster got some help from Reya Levy and her four assists. Penny Bodnar controlled things from the service line, finishing with 17 aces.

Nederland's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for William Smith, they are on a 24-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Looking ahead, Nederland will take on Campion Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for William Smith, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Englewood at 5:30 p.m. on the 23rd.
