Cimarron waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victor by a 55-33 margin over the Ulysses Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 39-36 back in December of 2024.

Cimarron's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Ulysses, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Cimarron and Ulysses could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Kansas Rankings. Cimarron will square off against Southwestern Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday down 141 places (186 vs. 45). Meanwhile, Ulysses (ranked 270th) will meet Colby (ranked 11th) at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
