After a string of five wins, Lake Zurich's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Warren Township Blue Devils by a score of 1-0. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Lake Zurich couldn't quite close it out.

Lake Zurich's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 7-7-1. As for Warren Township, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-5.
