Basketball Recap: 13 Straight Home Victories for Bluffton

Bluffton had won 12 straight home games dating back to last season and Isabella Stout did her part to make it 13 on Saturday. The Bluffton Tigers claimed a resounding 86-22 win over the Heritage Patriots thanks in part to Stout, who went 11 of 18 en route to 31 points and five boards. Her evening made it seven games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Konley Ault was another key player, going 7 for 9 on her way to 17 points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played.

Despite the loss, Heritage had strong showings from Audra Bickel, who posted seven points, and Olivia Lybarger, who earned three points.

Bluffton's victory bumped their record up to 20-2. As for Heritage, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.

Bluffton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 86-51 win against Manchester on the 30th. Heritage has also already played their next match, a 57-29 defeat against Jay County on the 28th.
