Soccer Recap: Northside's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Northside brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They never let the Brookwood Panthers get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Tuesday. Serenity Pate was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

With the win, Northside broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-6. As for Brookwood, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.

Northside will be playing in front of their home fans against Shelby County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Brookwood, they will head out to face off against Paul W. Bryant at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
