Baseball Recap: Casa Roble Takes a Loss

Casa Roble lost against Woodland last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rams fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 4-3. That's two games in a row now that the Rams have lost by just one run.

Braydon Wilson and Connor Campbell did some serious damage despite the final result: Wilson scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Campbell scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Casa Roble is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7. As for Woodland, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-5.

While Casa Roble had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
