Grand Prairie and Haltom are an even 4-4 against one another since January of 2015, but likely not for long. The Grand Prairie Gophers will be playing at home against the Haltom Buffalos at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

While losing is never fun, the Buffalos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 522nd, while the Vikings are ranked 157th).

Haltom's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Grand Prairie, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.
