Basketball Recap: Mount Ida Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mount Ida can now relate to. They took a 47-28 bruising from the Lafayette County Cougars on Thursday. The Lions' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Mount Ida's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Lafayette County, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-7.

As of now, neither Mount Ida nor Lafayette County have any future games scheduled.
