Basketball Recap: Hampton Bays Takes a Loss

Hampton Bays was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a hard 70-51 fall against the Rocky Point Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 75-58 on January 15th.

Hampton Bays' loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Rocky Point, they moved to 5-10 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Hampton Bays will head out on the road to square off against Wyandanch at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rocky Point, they will face off against Amityville Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
