Baseball Game Preview: Ramsey Rams vs. Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats

Ramsey hasn't had much luck against Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Rams will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bobcats at 4:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Ramsey played against Litchfield last Wednesday and lost via forfeit.

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City is headed into Monday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Saturday. They fell 5-1 to Christ Our Rock Lutheran.

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ben Askins, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Ramsey might still be hurting after the 18-2 loss they got from Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
