Volleyball Recap: Frisco Comes Up Short

Frisco lost against Plano West back in August of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raccoons fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 2-1. The Raccoons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

London Merchant paced Frisco's offense, picking up eight kills. Merchant got some help from Cleo Chang and her 12 assists. Chang was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Frisco's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Plano West, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.

Frisco has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Celina on the 21st. As for Plano West, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Rockwall on the 21st.
