Baseball Game Preview: Deer Park Falcons vs. North Babylon Bulldogs

For the second straight game, Deer Park will face off against North Babylon. The Falcons will head out on the road to challenge the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

The home team had come away the winner the last six times Deer Park and North Babylon had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Falcons fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2 on Monday. The Falcons have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

For North Babylon's part, they got a great performance from Joshua Arteaga as he pitched 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Ryan Camier, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Konig, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.

Deer Park's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for North Babylon, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.
