Volleyball Game Preview: Philip Scotties vs. Wall Eagles

Philip is on a nine-game streak of home losses, and Wall a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Philip Scotties will be playing at home against the Wall Eagles at 5:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Philip's tournament run continued when they took on Wolsey-Wessington on Saturday. The Scotties fell 2-0 to the Warbirds.

Meanwhile, Wall suffered their biggest defeat since September 23rd on Thursday. They came up short against Custer, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-23, 25-12, 25-22.

Philip's loss dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Wall, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-14.

Philip came out on top in a nail-biter against Wall when the teams last played back in September, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Scotties repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
