Volleyball Recap: Family Homeschool Alliance Takes a Loss

Family Homeschool Alliance lost against Veritas Academy back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Knights fell 2-0 to the Gryphon.

Sofia Froelke paced Family Homeschool Alliance's offense, picking up three kills. Froelke got some help from Morgan Froelke and her four assists. Aby Wilcox and Katie Schlief kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Family Homeschool Alliance has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Veritas Academy, their win bumped their record up to 9-6.

Looking ahead, Family Homeschool Alliance will square off against Arlington Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Veritas Academy, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Athens Christian on the 13th.
