Football Recap: Seventy-First Falls Short of West Charlotte in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Seventy-First can now relate to. They fell 14-7 to the West Charlotte Lions on Saturday. The Falcons were red-hot offensively headed into the matchup (they scored no less than 31 points in the eight games prior) but the Lions' defense proved too tough.

Jamouri Nichols continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for West Charlotte, throwing for 94 yards and two touchdowns while completing 92.3% of his passes, and also rushing for 53 yards on only six carries.
