Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Killingly). They breezed past the Norwich Free Academy Wildcats to the tune of 63-27 on Friday. The Trailbazers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.
Killingly's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Quinn Sumner, who threw for 95 yards and three TDs while completing 71.4% of his passes, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. Joseph Mackie helped Sumner out on the ground, rushing for 51 yards and one score, while also catching one TD.
