Soccer Recap: St. Joseph Comes Up Short

St. Joseph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Conway Christian Eagles, falling 8-2. St. Joseph were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Conway Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2023.

St. Joseph's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Conway Christian, the victory got them back to even at 3-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Joseph will take on Cave City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cave City will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something St. Joseph surely won't give up without a fight. As for Conway Christian, they will venture away from home to challenge Maumelle Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Maumelle Charter will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each match than the last.
