Central Bucks East was the 2-0 winner over Central Bucks West when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Patriots fell just short of the Bucks by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Central Bucks East came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 47th, while Central Bucks West are ranked 170th).

Central Bucks East's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6-1. As for Central Bucks West, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Coming up, Central Bucks East will face off against North Penn at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Central Bucks West, they will venture away from home to take on Pennridge at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Central Bucks West are facing Pennridge at the right time seeing as Pennridge are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
