Volleyball Game Preview: Green Run Stallions vs. First Colonial Patriots + How To Watch

Green Run is 0-10 against First Colonial since September of 2019 but things could change on Thursday. The Stallions will square off against the Patriots at 6:00 p.m.

Green Run lost 3-0 to Landstown on Wednesday.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Landstown scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-18, 25-23.

Meanwhile, First Colonial had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Marlins as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

First Colonial never let Bayside on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-22, 25-9.

Green Run's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for First Colonial, their win bumped their record up to 6-8.

Green Run couldn't quite get it done against First Colonial in their previous meeting back in September of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Stallions avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
