Basketball Recap: Ethan Morrison Key Part of a Team Effort in Ironmen Win

Danville was handed a heart-breaking two-point defeat in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Central Columbia on Tuesday. The Danville Ironmen put the hurt on the Central Columbia Bluejays with a sharp 61-36 win. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Ironmen had established a 22 point advantage.

Danville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ethan Morrison led the charge by dropping a double-double on 15 points and ten boards. The dominant performance gave Morrison a new career-high in rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniel Walker, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten boards.
