Football Game Preview: Thomas Jefferson Campus Orange Wave vs. Petrides

Thomas Jefferson Campus has won three straight games at home, while Petrides has won three straight on the road dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much on Saturday. The Orange Wave will host Petrides at 12:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Thomas Jefferson Campus 9, Petrides 5.5) so any points scored will be well earned.

Thomas Jefferson Campus' offense might be in the hot seat on Saturday considering what happened against Grady on Saturday. They were dealt a 30-0 defeat at the hands of the Falcons. The loss was the Orange Wave's first of the season.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Petrides over A-Tech in every quarter on their way to victory on Saturday. Petrides put the hurt on A-Tech with a sharp 28-6 win. Petrides might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by 22 points or more this season.

Petrides' win came from a few key players Thomas Jefferson Campus will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was David Lee, who threw for 124 yards and two touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes, and also punched in one score on the ground. Aiden Gonzalez was Lee's top target, picking up 57 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.
