Softball Recap: Sam Houston Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Sam Houston had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Southside Sharks by a score of 9-5. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Broncos also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2025.

Sam Houston's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Southside, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coming up, Sam Houston will welcome Kinder at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Southside, they will take on Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
