Volleyball Recap: Othello Takes a Loss

Othello lost against Toppenish back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Huskies fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-2.

Othello's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Toppenish, their victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8.

Othello and Toppenish could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Huskies (ranked 186th) will meet Selah (ranked 19th) at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Toppenish will take on Prosser at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank disadvantage (220 vs. 45).
