Soccer Recap: Heritage Preparatory Takes a Loss

After flying high against Rock Springs Christian Academy on Thursday, Heritage Preparatory came back down to earth. The Rams took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. George's Athletes on Monday.

Heritage Preparatory's goal came courtesy of Abigail Claus, which was the first she's scored this season.

Heritage Preparatory's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for St. George's, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Heritage Preparatory has already played their next game, a 5-1 win against Cristo Rey Atlanta on the 29th. As for St. George's, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Westfield School on the 29th.
