Football Recap: Ansonia Takes a Loss

Ansonia blew Waterbury Career Academy out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday Waterbury Career Academy got their revenge. The Chargers fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 28-25. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ansonia now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Waterbury Career Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ansonia will host Torrington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Waterbury Career Academy, they will be playing at home against Kennedy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
