It was a good run, but Pymatuning Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 19-14 to the Harding Skippers. The Lakers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Skippers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Pymatuning Valley's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for Harding, their victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pymatuning Valley will challenge Mogadore at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Harding, they will square off against Grand Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
