Soccer Recap: Jamestown Comes Up Short

Jamestown and Minot squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Jamestown had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Magicians by a score of 2-1. Jamestown were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Minot earlier this season, when they won 1-0.

This is the second loss in a row for Jamestown and nudges their season record down to 5-10-2. As for Minot, they now have a winning record of 12-11-5.

While Jamestown had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
